Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Transit time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days depending on your destination. These windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties and delays

International orders may be subject to customs processing and to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delays caused by carriers, customs or other events outside our control may extend the estimated delivery window.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
