You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return. You may return your BattleLights™ simply because you changed your mind or do not like the product. Items should be returned in reasonable condition with all included parts.

How to start a return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and let us know you would like to return your order. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for a return we do not receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
